&amp; realized how much energy I was missing out on everytime i would let it go for other practices.</p>
<p>Here is the &#8216;clincher&#8217; IMHO.<br />
Some people need to access the chi via standing.<br />
Others need to &#8216;balance&#8217; their already adequate supply via body work.</p>
