<p>Your point on goals in Chi Kung is extremely helpful.  That is something I never thought of.  Our body (and subsequently our chi) does respond to goals.  Although Chi Kung should be a way of life&#8230;in the beginning we should have some goals in how we want to use the benefits of chi kung.  </p>
