<p>many teachers [I know Ron Diana [r.i.p.] was one of these &#8211; he did do &#8216;formulas&#8217; at all.</p>
<p>In my and Minke&#8217;s experience it takes a minimum of an hour a day of meditation and around a 1/2 hr a day of movement to sustain the Kan and li process. How many h.tao instructors practice that often?</p>

<p>Sometimes teachers get so enthused by new developments they forget to let their students come along naturally.</p>

I think I was to bewildered to respond as Chia has changed nearly everything at least once and often many, many times.</p>
