massaki hatsumi wears two belts:
one aroung the lower dan tien
other oround the hips

this is interesting teaching
to
try
wrapped sleeves of shirts aroung both levels

the gentle dipers

the iron dipers

the bandages when the knee is overstressed or kwa needs nurturing
