However, we want every student to receive the full value of their purchase. If you have trouble accessing, downloading, or using your materials, contact us within 30 days and we will personally help resolve the issue.

We want you to feel secure with your digital purchase. If you lose access to your download within one year of purchase, contact us and we’ll restore your access or provide a replacement link at no additional charge. After one year, if you lose your product, we will replace (if we still have that course) for 15% of product cost.
