Sure, there’s probab;y some history here, but where’s the short sweet source list?
Surely the practitioners have it..
One Clud’s not enough, there have got to be some texts tracing back and lineages to route to..
even if only known at surface level due to their seclusion..
where’s the historical primer on this stuff?
Hi Intelligence,
The formulas say something different to each one of us and they take place differently in each one of us. So, what they say they are to you is just what they are, for you. And the overall picture of what is going on is very widely varied. Their history is deep and long and you can read about it in many places.
But I think there is a better question to ask.
It sounds to me that you are being very moved by practicing them but have reached an internal impasse which is challenging you and that you must now find a way to resolve and go beyond. Your “mind” is questioning what your body is enjoying.
So, I would like to offer you this suggestion. Instead of working on the mental problem of what they are and what they are doing, etc, (which, to me, is a distraction coming from a part of you that may be frightened of letting go of control) why not ask yourself:
“What will having this answer actually give me?”
Good luck,
Alexander
