my master does a lot of healing on people. i asked him how does he deal with the ‘sick’ qi that he is exposed to when performing the healings.
i wondered if he neautralised it within himself and then reintegrated it…….or what?he said that just as trees and plants use manure as fertiliser and transmute it into food, they do the same with ‘sick’/’bad’ qi
as a case in point, he spoke of a tree at his former house which was small, unhealthy and not growing well.
he would throw all of the bad qi from his clients onto this tree every day.the tree not only became healthy, but outgrew other trees in the garden.
ahhhhh, the wonders of recycling

Yes. But did he tell you how he does it? If you just “sit in” the sick chi around you, you will get sick. That’s what happens in society in general- people acclimate to what’s around them instead of making choices and using their power. Trees may know how to do this automatically. But people…?

How do we transmute it into food? It seems to me that the cooking process does that. The fire and water mix and break it down. What do you think?

He told us briefly how he does it, but will go onto more detail later.
(most people attending have no experience in daoist approaches at all, so he has to go slow)How do we transmute it into food? I’m not going to pretend to know, but I gather from your experience Kan and Li is effective.
Nice chatting with you again.

What you said is good.
I just wanted to hear what Mat’s teacher had to say.All healing is about transforming negative to positive which is what the lifeforce does automatically if we don’t get in the way. You can’t let yourself acclimate to, resonate with the sick chi. You have to keep your vibe high. Like you said- “Being health”.
Sometimes you can shake out sick or stuck chi and sometimes you can just “eat” it. That is true composting. But you have to be clear of fear and be very present. The stomach composts everything we put into it because that’s what it does. It’s a physical “steaming” process in a physical cauldron. All things in there get transmuted into earth energy that something else can grow out of.
I think the way to transform it starts with intention to have clear wholesome energy. Everything starts with intention. Our oneness with the lifeforce through practice keeps us whole. That wholeness transmutes anything unlike itself.
