Hi Freeform. i was looking at the spiritual technologies site that you have mentioned.
of the 3 books listed, which one(s) do you have?
in what way and to what extent do aspetics and PEAT differ?
according to it’s description, the book “return to oneness” seems to cover the material in the PEAT and aspetics books? so would it suffice to only get that one?
thanks

Return to Oneness was the first book I bought – and I thoroughly enjoyed it – it’s definately worth having – the only thing is that it’s not so great on the methods. It explains one method DP3 which is another (more specific) version of Deep Peat… and although it covers the other methods available in a general sort of way it doesn’t go into detail.
I also bought the aspectics book which explains in detail the aspectics method that I outlined here.
I’d say do what I did – get return to oneness and see how you resonate with it and then possibly get aspectics. You can’t do Deep Peat on yourself (and that’s the most powerfull of the techniques) but you can be processed over the phone.
maybe you can send me your email address via a PM on the TB forum?
And thanks to Jernej for helping me to re-discover this stuff.

shallow peat
deep peat =DP (1 is omitted)
deep peat 2=DP-2
deep peat 3=DP-3
(then there is also one with space orientation work (hasn’t been named and was ideated by one western, is mentioned in his autobiography-novel)and one with establishing connection and working with all your aspects that also has some space-work component)return to oness does actually disclose all the secrets that in the past were protected even by him, if you know his way thoroughly
you can do all slavinski methods individually
although are less effective for the active part is not developed as much
for in work in pair (diads) it is ‘two consciousness working with one unconsciousness’
if alone it is one on oneindividual work is not recommended by his school for past-future rundown, for the enormity of change/release
individual work for identifying primordial polarities: in his school insisted to be done in pair work (diad). the crack for this method is developingaspectics method is fully disclosed in his book aspectics, thoruoghly through the all chapters, from abstract to cocrete in one go
dp3 is disclosed in his return to oness book, but one chapter only
peat method is not fully disclosed in his peat book, you need to grok it though if you know all is there, and knowledge of dp3 or dp2 or aspectics helps groking
for the other methods the differentiating elements are presented in return to onessJuly 22, 2006 at 1:08 am #15613matblackParticipantFreeform, thanks for the helpful advice. It looks like aspetics is the go.
I’ll throw you my email via the TB gig once I figure out how to do things on that site.
btw, if you want, just call me mat. black is my surname, and, in my creative genius at the time of creating a user name, i couldn’t think of anything better
To Jernej, thanks for further elaborating painting a picture of the techniques
