I am currently practicing sexual vitality qigong and primordial qigong but I much better like primordial qigong. Is primordial qigong a good form to cultivate sexual energy and could it replace sexual vitality qigong and still do the job?

William McDuffPrimordial is best for centering of your whole being, which puts it in a different category from other qigong forms that are cultivating specific types of chi. They are not exclusive or interdependent on each other. But wuji gong will not build your kidney jing in the same way the sexual vitality qigong forms will.
I suggest finding one or two forms from the sexual vitality qigong dvd to practice in conjunction with the wuji.
Try doing the deep earth pulsing form, and then do the wuji immediately afterward. It will take you deeper than wuji alone.michael
