Since doing Greater in September in UK I am going through a deep ‘ancestral’ process which started as a release in the lungs and is taking me even further into a deep release of anger and frustration.
I can’t say I am sorry because it is what it is at this moment but I do want to explain my ‘explosion’, and like the sound of a gong it is vibrating deeper and deeper taking my liver and gallbladder into a memory stream of violence and anger.
Moments of enormous power, as well moments of deep tiredness, waves of energy released from an injury in my shoulder, closing my eyes I see blood, chopped of limbs, waves of anger AND power are mingling with my heart, blending, trying to balance but there are moments were the anger is intense, so, so far my anger management!
And so far the effects of alchemy…
Thank you for sharing. Sounds like you are getting some wonderful oppertunitys for healing. You and others are in my prayers to help support healing, a little more light on the path. We are all in a proccess of healing, I applaud your openness.
Wendy, the awareness you bring here is our opportunity to witness your process. Again makes me realize the place of greatest pain and seeming obstruction, as in your gallbladder issues, is also the pathway into greater exposure and integration. No map you can take refuge in but the moment. And some of your moments are hot and violent. So be it. Barry
This old SCTV skit sort of fits with the themes of anger, stupid Americans, and respect for the feminine that are themes in some recent posts.
The part o Wendy is here played by Martin Short playing Dustin Hoffman playing a woman. The part of the ugly Americans is played by Canadians John Candy and Joe Flaherty.
love ya Wendy…so don’t blow up for real!
