Warning: kosta starts his second book with warning tale of dragons:
‘In China there was once a man who liked pictures of dragons,
and his clothing and furnishings were all designed accordingly.
His deep affection for dragons was brought to the attention of
the dragon god, and one day a real dragon appeared before his
window. It is said that he died of fright. …’
Hagakure, p. 252.
more delusioning…
On todays menu: thunder lexicadish1: body swallows the testicles
(aka old sumo wrestler technique)
dish2: dan tien rotations
( yin/yang trainning of kwa/lower dan tien, superficial version being the nauli of india)
dish3: thunder strikes, complition stage of lesser kan li
(thunder strike lightens the dark night of the soul; opening to early heaven)
dish4: empty force breathing to the max
(opening to early heaven via yin/yang breathing of (lower) dan tien, first horizontal then vertical axis))or them all…

Challenge is when to include animals in trainning.
If metal is the cauldron,
and movement is controlled by lower dan tien,
emotions properties of middle dan tien
(all yin organ pairs are located in middle dan tien or bordering it),
and sensories properties of upper dan tien,
and animals having the movement/emotions/sensory properties
then
firts physical/eteric breathing to open the lower dan tien,
then add movement to connect animals to dan tien rotations,
then add next internal movements (emotions) to start intergrating middle dan tien when working to open the middle dan tien
then add sensories to start integrating upper dan tienthis is sequencial line
all can be done simultaneously, but then the first aspect of opening the gross lower dan tien should be known or upper centers first shall followdan tien rotation test: ability to flex psoas and having psoas so developed, that when synchronizing the psoas with breathing (and placing the hand on lower dan tien) it feels like small rubber ball (or tongue) whiggling under the relaxed front abdominal tissue
