Winn is as close to the tao as any one I’ve ever met. Taoists have always respected and admired things that the common man would overlook or disdain. I think Lao Tzu comments in the Tao Te Ching, about the virtue of a crooked tree, because its wood is twisted, nobody cuts it down, it grows and thrives because of its useless to man.
I’m sure Winn is not for any death or destruction that a virus would cause. But in a very taoist way, he sees and writes about the virtue of a viruses.
Nobody gets a vote on whether any disaster is going to happen. But the taoist nature of rise and fall, yin and yan provide a larger perspective to chew things over.
Anyway for my two cents, there is no killer chicken virus on it way. So far more people have been killed by lightening then the virus. Like the widespread Eboli scare of years ago it way over blown.
Cough cough, wheres my tissues..

There truly is going to be a pandemic virus hitting us within the next few years. Healthcare is gearing up for it big time. They expect thousands/millions to die. And I am not kidding. Health care is already rehearsing for just such an event. It may happen as early as next year, maybe not and at that time all borders to the outbreak will be closed. I don’t believe inthe flu vaccine but a lot of people take it and it does save lives, only this time, this next time when the pandemic hits they are not so sure there will be enough vaccine. A great cleansing will take place. What all of us have here is a great recipe for suvival. I would dearly encourage everyone to keep strong and practise sincerely. This is not to scare anyone but just to give some direction. Sometimes when we are not close to what is happening we do not realize it to be of a true nature. Not to get scared either as all is Tao but we should use the resources we have at our use and in our knowledge.Acchoooo! Tissues ……..

Right now, I have a neighbor three doors down who just mysteriously stopped showing up for work, his business partner says he’s on drugs, various girls are in and out of the place (I’m all for that part) and my next door neighbor says he’s got his gun collection all laid out on his living room floor w/ an AK-47 next to the front door. Aside from that, he’s a great guy and his chance of really going postal is very small.
I won’t be able to save the family as the Tao strongly favors AK-47s over pocket knives…

Like I have got water saved for the next 10 years in my secret basement –not.Just a touch of reality in life is all. Just like the computer virus, human hitting virus happens, just like the cancer virus. Anyways .. all part of the Tao.
Good cheer though from rainbow bear. The universe has given us all the capability and knowledge to be.
I would not however be charging up the charge cards in hopes that the government is too busy to follow up on the unpaid bills.

Back in 93, at the height of my new age involvement, I became convinced that there were “earth changes” coming and that the age of aquarius was right around the corner so I figured I could live off my credit cards till then (I was homeless so life was cheap). That aspect didn’t work out, but I had fun and then Mrs. Yoda, who was employed, took me in made me find employment and now she’s the one at home and two kids running about! What happened???

Come on NOW, whats with all this paranoid crap!!! This is nothing more than negative opinion.What about the positive view??? There has never been such a time in this world!!!Everyday more people join into spiritual practice and others deepen theirs.There are truly enlightened people out there and PLENTY of people working for the GOOD of the world.Information is being passed at an increible rate.Just think about the amount of truly positive energy being generated in the world.Forget about the average negative person, there are so many people practicing and building there energy to a truly substantial degree that it outshines that negative.Whata wonderful time to be alive!!!!! True opportunity for WORLDWIDE spiritual avancement.The only reason health officials think we will have a viral outbreak is becasue they expect it to happen every 25 to 35 years.Thats it!! They really said this, “we are expecting an outbreak because it usually happens every 25-35 years” come on now!!!! Lets all forget this paranoid crap and FOCUS on the positive!!!!!
