Checking in

It has been an eternity though only three months since I left London and the virtual community here. I have been reading various posts and then lay down so the circle of intention and ideas swirl through my inner landscape. Always enriching and no telling what will stand out…needs to be read.

I am living in Asheville NC for a few months practicing Chi Nei Tsang as a guise/service so I can remain in retreat. My plans are for Thailand in the winter to teach and touch.

I will post on the blog some as I have the time again and am happy to be witnessed.
