Hello
Had some good experiences with Standing tree today. Often I can´t stand for a long time.
We are into the last chapter in Yudeloves book “100 days…”. There is a nice meditation and I could do it in the tree stance all the way, happy about it beacase I start to feel energy while standing also. Before it did just hurt or was boring. Today better.
The meditation is a nice one.
1 Smiles to points at the eye and visualising the moon shining on this spots.
2 Inner smile all three rounds.
3 Visualising moon ower head for a minute or two.
4 Desending the moon ower the head and then down around the neck further down into the solar plexus and see still water in the tan tien. The moon is reflecting in the water
5 Moon decending in under the water. Bellow breathing heat in tan tien. The moon change to a sun. Meditating on the sun in stomach for a while
6 The sun is compressed into a pearl
7 Pearl decending into the perineum
8 Pearl goes in the mc orbit while doing reversed breathing. Up breath in down breath out. Increasing to the macrocosmic orbit
9 Pearl goes into tan tien and becames a golden flower. Meditate on the flower on the water.
10 Circulate navel and finnish.
Quite a nice meditation. Feels soft and good.

I feel a litle bit that it isn´t much I haved achived in my Iron Shirt practise, during the 8 years of practising this method. But then I think everybody have it´s own path and with endurance I will progress even in this area. Perhaps this is a good beginning, we´ll see.
The book is in my study group. We might have to more girls starting practising with us. The plan is to learn some similar exercises we have studied from the book, but in a way that is like my UT teachers learn it, and then to buy CD in Swedish to all in the group, so they can have more easy practise, or a better motivator.
Then I will continue with first three chapters in M C´s Taoist Cosmic healing and perhaps go into tan tien qigong and (golden … qigong, forget the name). Also perhaps do some meditations from Healing light from the tao. This is just a general plan. The main goal for the period from now into perhaps august is to let the group go into a more Yin aproach of practise, to practise more the things we like and not to follow chapters from a book. I have also given them a paper with some basic exercises to restudy from the first book. This is also for the new members. Then in August I plan to continue with Yudeloves ather book,” Taoist Yoga and sexual energy.” Where four in the group will be instructors with an own field from the book for each new chapter.
My own practise will of course partly follow this plan for the yoga group and partly be free. I want to look into this with Iron Shirt practises and Iron shirt pracking process breathing, but carefully with the last. Then I also will start in July to go a about for month course with Hsi Lai to be a initiated jade dragon in the white tigress system.
So of course I´m looking at the possibilities to meet a girl or girls. But unfortunately I haven´t had so much succes with the girl I have had most feelings for, but I might not be totaly out of chance with her in the long run I belive. Another girl I also like alot from my yoga group will also go the course in the white tigress system with me. She have told me she wold like to be a tantric partner with me. She is wery much interested in UT and other similar diciplines and I enjoy her company alot, when we do things together. It will be interesting to see what will happen.
Otherwise I will work alot as a teacher untill midsummer, study some mathematical statistics with Matlab during the summer and end my master thesis work untill christmus. In the mean time I do alot medical treatments on my illness and this is my main goal to have a more positive efect in this area.

“leader” of the group?…Yes it feels wery good to regularly meet this practioners. We meet about two times a mounth. I was the one starting the group and was the one that introduced all the exercises from the begining. I am the leader in that sence that I take the responsibility to plan what we shall do and when to meet and always take care of such questions. Today we are four that do the instructions for each new chapter. For the moment we are 5 girls and me, and perhaps one more girl want to start with us.

Cool.…Yes it will be fun! It not always though that I follow up my sometimes to ambitious plans. But sometimes I manage also. 🙂 Try anyway to see some kind of progression. Actually my biggest plan for the moment is to look at my adictions.

For the moment I´m not shore, beacase I want to see that my healt is totaly improven first, otherwise I might make it worse and destroy my life. My plan in the meantime is to continue with teaching, but to add teaching also at a higher level, with master students. And to learn some computer programs in my field. To repeat a course in error theory and teach that to. I also want to learn more GIS and to study a subject I newly found that is coald geometrical statistics. Have been studying Mathematical statistics the last few years and would like to improve my knowledge in this field. Perhaps teach or work with GIS and geometrical statistics for a while is an idea.
Thats my plans for the moment. Oh and to continuing with what I do no, teaching Surveying, I enjoy it quite alot. I think I am a good teacher and know how to explain things so that it looks simple. I have been interested in all kinds of psychology and read alot when I was younger. I have also learned some memory teqniques that I have used myself when studying and that is helpful to imrove my pedagogical skills as a teacher. I also have read about new ways of learning like creative mind mapping and other more fun and creative ways to present things for a public. I have been interested in and learned for the latest years also how to speak to a public and been working at the summers as a guide at a museum, just to improve comunication skílls and to have fun and money. (Just litle 🙂 )
So I guess the best thing to do is to continuing with teaching untill I have improven my healt, I have the knowledge in the subjects and know how to teach well, so I can have a success even though I not feel so good, with my tiredness and so.>>In the mean time I do alot medical treatments on my illness

improved? You sort of sound a little better anyway.… It was hydrocortisone low dosage in combination with natural thyroxin. The hydrocortisone helps the weak adranals to manage to deal with a higher metabolism from the thyroxin and it also help the thyroxin to more eficient reach into the mitocondria.
… It has helped me a litle bit. I have been able to do more physical exercises without feeling totaly weak. And perhaps also not need to sleep as much as before. But the improvement is not much yes, but we are increasing the treatment of thyroxin each weak and the good efect might first happen when we have reached a higher dosage. It will be interesting to see.
…Another treatment is with homeopathy, the same doctor though. I have had a strong efect with it and just now he has given me the same pill with a higher potential.
…Another treatment is to use taoistic sexology dual cultivation to increase my enerhy. I feel intuitively that the sexual techniques might have a wery strong potentiality to cure my illness. So trying to find ways to stop being a celibate. 🙂 And I realy want to stop all pornography 🙁 Feel strongly that it not is good for me and have decided that if I will continue from know on then I will search for help in this matter. Not that I use pornography wery much but enoght much to not feel good from it. This is one of my main goals for the moment to change my way of dealing with my sexuality. It might be more important than learning new and more qigong methods, I have realised.

say here is to just listen to your inner voice, and do what
you hear your heart telling you what to do–not necessarily

Focus your energies on how *good* you feel rather how *bad* you feel.

Looking to the outside I don’t believe is the answer. You
already have what you need. You just need to look within and
realize it.Moreover, your “addiction” to porn is not something you can
get rid of (I think) by just willpower or determination.
You need to satisfy what you are really craving–which might
be feelings of love, it might be unresolved sexual feelings,
whatever it is–go inside and locate these feelings/desires.
Ignoring them won’t work. Otherwise you are just in a tug-of-war
and you won’t be able “to win”.If you practice a lot of self-love, practice opening your heart,
and feel it radiate from within, then you won’t even need to *try*
to get rid of addiction to porn. You will simply lose interest.
The addiction will fall away on its own without any effort on your
part.I’m not saying that there is something wrong with sex . . .
Quite the opposite–I’m all for it! I think people
should have all kinds of fun sexual explorations . . .. . . but I’d just caution you against going for it for
the purposes of trying to fill some internal need, because you
probably won’t get what you are looking for and will just
feel worse because of it.I don’t know; I’m sort of rambling now, sorry!

say here is to just listen to your inner voice, and do what

what you “think you *should* do”.…Yes it´s the same advise I had to you 🙂 This is my basic plans and I feel the must heart with the geometrical statistics and with being a teacher, for the moment. I have change my way the last years and are nowdays more into following the flow. So I feel wery much open to see what will happen in the future. But it feels also good that I have some interesting field that I want and perhaps will inquire in the future!

…Well I don´t either know. I just have a working plan for now. If I not stop it then I will search for some kind of help, and then I think such things you are describing, such issues as self-love, love, my inner real needs, might come into focus instead. Pehaps I just stop it without help also, just by will power.
…I see some similarities to my other adiction, cofe. With both these, I have been able to not use them for months, but then I have coming back to them. With cofe it is easy, I just have to tell myself, I don´t need it, I just think I need it. If I then manage to exchange it for the and sleep, I will be fine.
…I think it is the same way with porn. I don´t need it. I have my sexuality anyway. (This is new thought, just a try for the moment. ) I can enjoy my sexuality either by myself or with some one else I love or enjoy being with. I need to let other relationships in into my life instead of porn. Other experiences not neccessarily sex always. To be more open to life and enjoy more the life as it is. I think though the easiest way to get rid of sex is to let some of the girls around me into my life in a more sexy way. To be less afraid to do this. There in that is the solution. And to listen to what kind of person I realy need to be.
…With both cofe and porn I must realise I have an adiction. I can´t think Ohh I can use it just know just this time, when I feel the need. Then I hooked and into it again. Most of the times anyway.
…This is my main focuses of change for the moment. It have been an issue for me from time to time, and I know feel the need to realy make a change. So it will be interested to see whatever other issues will apear on that jorney!

say here is to just listen to your inner voice, and do what
you hear your heart telling you what to do–not necessarily
what you “think you *should* do”.…Yes it´s the same advise I had to you 🙂 This is my basic plans and I feel the must heart with the geometrical statistics and with being a teacher, for the moment. I have change my way the last years and are nowdays more into following the flow. So I feel wery much open to see what will happen in the future. But it feels also good that I have some interesting field that I want and perhaps will inquire in the future!

Focus your energies on how *good* you feel rather how *bad* you feel.
I think it will help with programming, and speed your recovery.…Yes have been working alot within this area the latest years, but theire is also always a need to be reminded of it.

Looking to the outside I don’t believe is the answer. You
already have what you need. You just need to look within and
realize it.Moreover, your “addiction” to porn is not something you can
get rid of (I think) by just willpower or determination.
You need to satisfy what you are really craving–which might
be feelings of love, it might be unresolved sexual feelings,
whatever it is–go inside and locate these feelings/desires.
Ignoring them won’t work. Otherwise you are just in a tug-of-war
and you won’t be able “to win”.If you practice a lot of self-love, practice opening your heart,
and feel it radiate from within, then you won’t even need to *try*
to get rid of addiction to porn. You will simply lose interest.
The addiction will fall away on its own without any effort on your
part.I’m not saying that there is something wrong with sex . . .
Quite the opposite–I’m all for it! I think people
should have all kinds of fun sexual explorations . . .. . . but I’d just caution you against going for it for
the purposes of trying to fill some internal need, because you
probably won’t get what you are looking for and will just
feel worse because of it.I don’t know; I’m sort of rambling now, sorry!

…I see some similarities to my other adiction, cofe. With both these, I have been able to not use them for months, but then I have coming back to them. With cofe it is easy, I just have to tell myself, I don´t need it, I just think I need it. If I then manage to exchange it for the and sleep, I will be fine.
…I think it is the same way with porn. I don´t need it. I have my sexuality anyway. (This is new thought, just a try for the moment. ) I can enjoy my sexuality either by myself or with some one else I love or enjoy being with. I need to let other relationships in into my life instead of porn. Other experiences not neccessarily sex always. To be more open to life and enjoy more the life as it is. I think though the easiest way to get rid of sex is to let some of the girls around me into my life in a more sexy way. To be less afraid to do this. There in that is the solution. And to listen to what kind of person I realy need to be.
…With both cofe and porn I must realise I have an adiction. I can´t think Ohh I can use it just know just this time, when I feel the need. Then I hooked and into it again. Most of the times anyway.
…This is my main focuses of change for the moment. It have been an issue for me from time to time, and I know feel the need to realy make a change. So it will be interested to see whatever other issues will apear on that jorney!

out is what I’ve tried to describe . . . that somehow, someway,
I stumbled upon what my deep internal soul was really wanting,
and began inadvertently giving it that. Since my deep needs
started being met, whatever I was addicted to gradually became
less and less without any effort at all, until gone.It’s hard to pinpoint the exact mechanism; and believe me I’m
still trying. I can really only describe the after-effects.
The thing that I have noticed tends to be true (at least for
me, and I’d imagine others as well): the more I focused on
trying to get rid of an addiction–through *whatever* strategy,
the less successful I’d be . . . even if successful in the short
term, I’d go back to it. The times I did get rid of an addiction
it seemed to follow the pattern of: 1. not worry about the addiction,
and just continue to do it, and cast no judgements on it. 2. while
having this attitude, do internal work to locate areas where I felt a
hole inside, and tried to do work to fill the hole 3. then addiction
falls away naturally without me trying as the desire disappears
4. as the desire started disappearing, it was almost as if I had
to force myself to continue the addiction just out of habit, because
the desire was becoming less and less. 5. eventually, it had so
little attraction or desire and I was doing it so infrequently I
just stopped because I saw little point to continue.It’s hard to explain!
The thing is, I remember what it was like to be hooked on
caffeine and to be hooked on porn, and remember the same
back-and-forth quitting and returning to it pattern, and
trying different things, and yet I know how I feel now, and
can remember the transition when it dropped–and that’s the
best I can describe it.Sorry to babble on and on. Through the many addictions
I’ve had in my life, I find addiction to be interesting.
When someone has an addiction or addictions, there
are things you can learn, that you just can’t learn
through other means–and sometimes that’s maybe why we
have them to begin with. In other words, consider it
opportunity to have it teach you something about yourself.S

is still present.…Yes you are right, I realise just willpower isn´t enough. But the willpower is the starting point for change! I feel I have made a decission to work on this issue seriously. In the same manner as I work with qigong and my health problem.

I can see when succesful, self love is important. I think also to go into the inner soul and see what kind of person you want to be, and what you need in your life that you not are allowing yourself is important issues.

1 Yes to cast no judgement is self love. To apriciate oneself in every situation, this change the underlying force that allows you to keep on with things not good for yourself.2 This most be an important point and one I have to look more into, when working with my own addictions
3 Yes, I also think. You have an adiction you have desire and thats good. In this desire there is potential for change. It is more like a matter of changing the direction of the desire into things you need more at a deeper soul level. Instead of continuing with letting the desire only work at a level that is much less satisfing on a deeper level=adicttion. To let your good energy be alive and not let it go into less good activities.
4 The desire has found it right way to satisfie you inner souls need. And doesn´t have to be outlived in a less good way.
