Taking into account latest interesting developments about this forum (for example this very self-confessional ‘soul walk in’ -message by Michael Winn himself) I would still like to ask if there wouldn’t be possibility to propose alternative to this quite dangerous ‘Secret of the Inner Smile’ exercise. It also has to do with that rare eye disease that Mr. Winn spoke about in that earlier mentioned thread I think.
I ask which is the proper starting point to develop that eight limbed one (Lernaean Hydra?)? So is it head or abdomen?
This particular exercise can be found described in Carlos Castaneda’s ‘The Art of Dreaming.’ It’s in the chapter called ‘The Woman in the Church’ (Chapter 12). This practice is given by person whose alternative name is TENANT. In the core it deals with the relationship that one’s visual perception has with one’s (internal) visualizations.
