No guys this is not another excuse to touch your self. 🙂 I am talking about a very powerful and effective way to get through resistance and help you ground or get into your lower Dan Tien. I use a method of imagining a smaller version of my self in my lower Dan Tein often for practices like Mircosmic orbit even Kan & Li versions of fusion3 and Microsomic orbit. If you are hitting allot of resistance try doing microcosmic orbit with mini you siting in your lower Dan Tien there is less resistance there and you will feel the shift in the body. Imagen a beautiful smiling inner sage could be our age could be three/five years old. After all practices take the time to relax open your heart and smile giving allowance for change and response to happen, the Qigong and guided meditation are like asking/talking/prayer the smile is the listening part that you might not get enough of. I would recommend ending all practice with a period of inner smile or listening.
Dog,
Thanks for your post. I have a bunch of resistance and will try it.
