I notice on a Wudang tai chi dvd a certain way of finishing the practice – look down first ( a la triple heater regulation in Michael’s dvd) and then look away to conclude. The sexual energy dvd has a version in the fire water ceremony. I have seen a doco on shaolin – secular practice mainly heavy stuff but for monks they also conclude meditation with gesture of hands pushing away in front of eyes several times. I think this can be useful after meditation sometimes when one has been looking into empty/neutral space a while. This looking away to horizon/fire gesture seems to affirm one is in the light and following (the round circle or sphere of) Heaven. Another way to say it is – do triple heater sound/movement to clear heat and then do smile a bit.
