Hello,
I was wondering what the reason is
that there is no triple warmer sound,
movement after doing the healing
sounds in the deep healing practice. Thanks,

I have no idea realy. But I heard that all the sounds originally was without movements. As I have been learned the tripple warmer sound there is also a three phased inhalation, to three different parts of the lungs: Shallow, intermidiate and deep into the top of the lungs.
One reason there is no a movement corresponding to the tripple warmer might of course be that there is no anatomical physical organ connected with the tripple burner. In All the other sounds you do some streatch of theire respectively physical organ.
Of course there might be possible to create a movement that streatches the tripple warmers meridian. But I not remember how that meridian goes?

I didn’t create the form, so I can only hypothesize.
However, I suspect it is because the initial phase
of facing the 5 directions and doing the healing sounds
is really preparation for the next phase of fusing
the five shen into a golden pearl which is then circulated
in a macrocosmic orbit-like fashion during the
“Bathing” Phase. The Triple Warmer is not included in the initial phase,
because there are no shen attributed to the Triple Warmer.
If the Five Shen are the Royal Family, the Triple Warmer
is just the guard outside of Buckingham Palace. It is
essential and has a role, but it is really only a guard
that protects the others that “have an authoritative voice”.Having said that, the Tao does not like rigidity.
If you feel an overwhelming urge to add it in somewhere
in your personal practice, you should listen to your
inner voice. In particular–even though that it is
not the main “purpose” of the movement–as your hands
descend during the Bathing Phase and you bring the
Golden Pearl downward, that could be an appropriate
time to do the Triple Warmer Sound, since you are
already making a similar physical communication.Something to play with anyway.

sense now that you would be bringing
out the 5 shen, lifting them up to
give to the sun. The triple warmer
seems like it would lessen the power
of the upwardness and placate more.thanks, adel
