Hello
I have a particularly hectic period with much owerwork.
Have noticed that the kidneys are taking some dammage from the
situation. I am also doing kidney exercises each evenening.
Today during my bus travel home after work I did the fusion practise and
the rotation of the pearl in the macrocosmic orbit. After finishing taking the
pearl into the tan tien and circulate around the navel, I did notice quite strong
pain in the bubbling spring area.
Also the day before I was jogging a short while at the evening.
Well this is just a notification of a happening and no real question.

Hello Swedich Dragon!
I thought to put this link to you if you don’t know it or haven’t research about it.
For the sake of your health condition I mean.
I have impression that they have expertise and I also think that Michael Winn himself shouldn’t have anything really negative to say about them.
