I have some questions:
Does anybody know why Mantak Chia doesn´t have incorporated the full lotus into the system?
Is it so that the iron shirt does something similar as full lotus does. I have heard that full lotus creates quite alot of yang energy and increase the energy that is possible to use in taoist yoga. It seems to me that the iron shirt also dees those things.

Stretch only the point where you can feel the strain, then stop and relax before taking it a little further. SAS fitness trainers recommend yoga to extend the muscles millimetre by millimetre in a process that may take months. You must also concentrate on your breathing throughout as it is vital to all kinds of exercise. You should also concentrate on the flexibility of your hips as this comes in useful in running, swimming, marching and tackling assault courses.
-NIGEL CAWTHORNE, The Mammoth Book of inside the Elite ForcesLike Jimmy, Stevie kept himself looking good by eating healthy and working out nearly every day in his own house, where he had weights and did calisthenics. He maintained vigorous exercise workouts because he felt the young guys were always sizing him up and he didn’t want to appear out of shape to them. Like Jimmy, Stevie felt that if you look formidable, there is less change that people will challenge you.
-KEVIN WEEKS, BrutalI think Mantak Chia has clearly explained why using padmasana is not good: those who are not athletic in yogic sense get their legs probably quite quickly numb and male practitioners should have the possibilty to have their testicles freely hanging.
I personally somehow disagree, but that’s quite complicated.
I have have earlier suggested that you would check certain particular hatha yoga text.
I did it only for one purpose.
It teaches of course relatively much gross anatomy of human body, but more importantly not to be dull with one’s practice, but combining understanding with action.

I’m really sorry, but it’s not my intention to be anyway pushy or to molest, but it has left me somehow curious when you told last May (2010-05-30) that you would have in very short time some experiences with angels.
Your message is also some other way special, because it has been accessed nearly 900 times and even Michael Winn’s postings aren’t so popular in so short time.
Did you really get your invisible or maybe even occult friends active?

Perhaps people will be disapointed in my answer to you. But from what I remember I had a dream about one of my new yoga group members, in which he told me about the angels that should come to visit me, or something like that. Well the guy is quite a mystic person. He has many mystical interests and the dream was quite strong, so I made conclusions from it, perhaps to far reaching.
I often wery strongly believe in my intuition and in my dreams, but perrhaps not always interpret them in a conformal way, but I have developed some rather unusual techniques for interpretation. Building upon my wery big intererest in the past for Jungian psychology, but going a bit further than Jung did, in my interpretations, beacase I have a even more open mind for occult phenomena and other things. Often I also interpret my dreams or try to interpret my dreams a bit more realisticaly than the classical symbolic interpretation.
I like my small changes to the classical way and beacase it is well known that the believsystem you have for how to interpret your dreams actually affect how they appear, the dreams, and then my changed belief system will give me somewhat other dreams than for other people, beliving in some classical interpretation system.
Well sorry to say, I didn´t notice any more meatings with the angels. But I still believe that perhaps there were a meating and that perhaps the guy from my yoga group has something to do with it. He is conserned about my health problem and I think he did some kind of seance or something to ask the angels about what it was that is my real problem.
But it might not be that way, it is just my feeling. I haven´t actually asked hem about it either, have forgot about the story comletely.
Perhaps I ask hem when I meet hem next.
