During Bone breathing I like to add perineum power, just easy squezing the
perineum and anus. But in the instructions for the exercises in master Yudeloves book there that is not a part of the bone breathing.
What do you think is it:
1 Better to do it without using perineum power
2 You can do it either way
3 Perineum power good to add to this exercise beacase the energies will be stronger.
Sometimes I do bonebreathing after I have done testicle breathing, and then when I do perineum power I uncounsiously add the lifting of the testicles, and that feels wrong to me, beacase I got a bad feeling like stagnant energy in the testicles. But this part I think I can avoid now when I am aware of it, I have recognised it a few times during my last practise sessions.
Bone breathing feels good to me and I think it generates some heat to my otherwise wery cold sensitive body.

So long as it feels OK to you, I do not see why not.
Usually some muscle contraction is used to help perform
bone compression as a training aid for bone breathing.
But if it feels too intense, back off.
In particular, I’d caution against this practice with
people who have blood pressure issues, as I suspect that
this practice would increase blood pressure . . . at least
in the short term.

Hello
Fortunately I have a blood pressure a bit on the low side, which probably is
caused by the adrenal fatigue.
