Any of you familiar with Michael’s term: empty force breathing?

I don’t think it is the same as counterforce breath but cannot summon up the memory of its usage.

The way chia uses it in the tao yin book is that when you use an asana, to deepen it you could exhale all your air then push your abdominal in and out sucking yout solar plexus up and down.
