Livia Kohn and R R Wang is editors of the book.
My recomendations for this book in which Michael Winn also writes about white clouds formulas: “Taoist internal alchemy in the west”
The book is a wery good start for beginning to learn the consepts of internal alchemy. It consists of several articles by different authours. Outlines the basics processess and clearifies the consepts, which might be difficult to grasp beacase of the wariety of terms, some with the same meaning and others with quite similar but different meanings. It also consist of a good history owerview of the different schools like the southern school and the northern one.
It has helped me to want to learn more of the terms and to start reading more about internal alchemy!
What is mercury, lead and so on…Is explained in the book.
I also found some interesting sites on the internet yesterday. Here is two good ones.
