StevenApril 19, 2011 at 5:30 am #37170KirillParticipantWe have communicated by email. But it is strange that phone only for inhabitants of the USA is given. 🙂
April 20, 2011 at 9:06 am #37172StevenModeratorDid you try the other number that’s listed for
product purchases? 1-828-505-1444
I’m betting that that number works just fine. The first number listed that you mentioned
(the 888 number) is a toll-free number, and
toll-free numbers do not work outside the country.
The other number should work just fine. Some info on toll-free numbers,
which explains what toll-free numbers are,
and how they don’t work outside the country:—–
Toll-free numbers are numbers that begin with one of the following three-digit codes: 800, 888, 877, 866, or 855. Toll-free numbers allow callers to reach businesses and/or individuals without being charged for the call. The charge for using a toll-free number is paid by the called party (the toll-free subscriber) instead of the calling party. Toll-free numbers can be dialed directly to your business or personal telephone line. Can other countries call my USA toll-free number?
1-800 phone numbers can be called from all 50 US states. Canada and Puerto Rico can call your toll free number also. Other countries (like the U.K., India, and Asia) have their own toll free exchanges such as 0-800 or 0-847 so they can not call a U.S. toll-free number just like the USA can not call theirs.

In other words, the FCC limits the use of toll-free numbers to
within the country only. However, the other number is not a
toll-free number, and should work fine.S
