I have read “opening up the bones:bone breathing,bone beating,bone compression,bone spiralling”and I have seen the System in that.Is it analogous to Testicle Breathing,Testicle chi-massage,Scrotal Compression and Chi-spiralling into testicles(corresponding)?Is it analogous to Abdominal Breathing,Abdominal self-massage,Empty Force Breathing(?),Dantien Spiralling? I mean Breathing exercises are Element Water,Beating is Fire,Generation(Big Draw?) is Wood,Compression is Metal,and Spiralling is Earth.
Everything in the manifest world is ruled by the five elements.
Look hard enough, and you can see the five elements in everything.
Some of these assignments are historical, some are just
your own imagination, some assignments you might make may be
different than what others may make (and can provide some interesting
discussions).But recognize also that classification is just food for the mind,
getting the elements to work with you is more important than classification.S
