The chi of each season spirals into earth and reemerges transformed into
the following season.
When I am breathing the creation cycle I dip into earth between each shen.

This has the basic knowledge. The usage of 18-days in transitions is slightly different. Dont have time know for details. Maybe later.
scroll down to months, notice animals between seasons are all earth animals: ox, dragon, sheep, dog
They basically span the two solar terms prior to the
start of a new season, from what I can see from the
chart.
