I was watching a program that
had been doing studies on hair
growth. Hair grows most during
3am-6am, so the pores surrounding
the follicles are more open in
the morning.
If you shampoo in the morning,
the residue can remain in the
follicle slowing the growth
and/or thinning the volume of
your hair. Best to shampoo at
night when your pores are closed
tight and of course rinse well.
I’ve been trying it out and have
noticed that my hair is growing
much faster than it used to. It
also gives you more morning time.

I hate getting my hair cut.
So what I’ve learned from your post,
is that I should continue my morning showers. 😉
Big smile,
