avoiding too much thinking

whats the best way to avoid too much concentration in thought?

Sometimes i get into such state of thought concentration (thinking too hard) that it uses up my will power and get exhausted.

I have found that forgetting that concentration and then focusing on the dantian with gentle deep breathing helps.
Any other methods that work?

How does one rejuvenate their will power?

I have found that by ejaculation, it will reboost the body to build up the will power (from kidney essense?). Is that correct?

Any other way that does not require wastage of jing?
