Hello everyone. I have a question that i can’t answer myself and i’m asking for your help.
Every time when atmospheric pressure goes down and becomes lower then normal (760 mmHg) I have headaches and suffer from pain. I suppose that this happens because I have high blood pressure. So i’m wondering if there is any chi kung practice that can help me to lower my blood pressure.
Also I’ve read in Mantak Chia’s books that if you have pain in any place, you should concentrate on that place and send there some chi. On the other hand there is a taoist saying that blood follows chi. So I think that if I concentrate on the painfull area in my head that will increase blood pressure and the pain. So what should I do?
I’m doing microcosmic orbit meditation every day and that has no influence on headaches when the weather is bad
Thanks.
If you have too much chi in your head, using head instructions to send it down is not sufficient. You are correct about blood following chi. So use chi kung. Triple warmer sound is good, deep earth pulsing (Sexual Vitalty DVD), and the whole sequence of Open Chi Flow in Orbit bypasses mental instruction to deepen orbit. You may need to modify it to suit your condition.
