There must be a way to gain about the same benefits as still meditation while sleeping.
For those whe are short on time, or those who really don’t feel like practicing at length still meditation.
Does anyone have any information on that?Michael has a course on taoist dream practices. Also, check out Juan Li’s article on the same practice
