In short, it is more powerful because it mixes your blood and jing with the qi being circulated in the orbit. The manner in which this is done, as well as probably an hour of explanation as to why it is superior, is covered in Michael’s Qigong Fundamentals 2 AUDIO course. The audio course has the details for how to do the meditation as well.
