Hope I am not going off on a tangent but these are very good, the TRE programme, tension trauma releasing.
In this video this woman demonstrates the exercises at 9:45 mins, and discusses it before hand.
That’s cool Vik.
I highly recommend TRE as being superior to countless million therapies I have tried and spent good money on !!!
I am finding this to be an awesome combination, the TRE clears out old trauma and the ZZ continues it gently whilst cultivating chi and sinking into the Earth.
Clearing out old trauma very powerfully opens up the body.
And then you can pour the chi into it.
Nice diagram! Well for me, standing meditation has become my primary practice since I learned the tree posture from Iron Shirt I book. I could write book on the benefits. Before doing this version I tried Zhang Zhuang as thought by Lam Kam Chuen in his instructional videos, but it didn’t work so good for me.
So yeah, I will give this one a try. I see that there is work with the psoas muscle and this muscle is also addressed in the Tao Yin of HT, but I haven’t tried it.
