you can practise big draw. if no channel lights on
if no (yellow) light space you shift in,
it is not circulating light.
it is preliminary kriya release. still leading towards ‘blue balls of death’

b.ascetics

option1: ‘monthly period’
option2: ‘circulate the light’

the monthly leakage
or
when awaking from unconsciousness
still residing in lucid dream
having morning wood
in space of yellow light

you have a choice

continue lucid dream: the chatter of mental
enjoy intercourse with lust
or shift in the space that is yellow light
and fill the new home
