05:00, 1 NOV 2017Renowned physicist Prof Stephen Hawking has said robots will eventually completely replace humanity.
Prof Hawking said that he believes artificial intelligence (AI) will eventually reach a level where it will essentially be a “new form of life that will outperform humans” in an interview with WIRED magazine.
He said: “I fear that AI may replace humans altogether. If people design computer viruses, someone will design AI that improves and replicates itself. This will be a new form of life that outperforms humans.”The 75-year-old also spoke of his belief that we need a new space age to entice young people to get involved in science and said there would be “serious consequences” if more people didn’t show an interest.
He added that he thinks a new space programme should be worked on urgently by the science community “with a view to eventually colonising suitable planets for human habitation.”
He continued: “I believe we have reached the point of no return. Our earth is becoming too small for us, global population is increasing at an alarming rate and we are in danger of self-destructing.”
During the interview Prof Hawking also spoke out against Donald Trump’s travel ban and the US President’s climate change denial.
In October last year (2016), Prof Hawking said he believed AI would either destroy or transform society.
Speaking at the launch of Cambridge University’s artificial intelligence centre last year Prof Hawking said: “I believe there is no deep difference between what can be achieved by a biological brain and what can be achieved by a computer.
“It therefore follows that computers can, in theory, emulate human intelligence – and exceed it.
“Artificial intelligence is now progressing rapidly. Recent landmarks such as self-driving cars, or a computer winning at the game of Go, are signs of what is to come.
“Enormous levels of investment are pouring into this technology. The achievements we have seen so far will surely pale against what the coming decades will bring.”
He went on: “The potential benefits of creating intelligence are huge. We cannot predict what we might achieve, when our own minds are amplified by AI.
“Perhaps with the tools of this new technological revolution, we will be able to undo some of the damage done to the natural world by the last one – industrialisation.
“And surely we will aim to finally eradicate disease and poverty. Every aspect of our lives will be transformed, In short, success in creating AI, could be the biggest event in the history of our civilisation.”
He added: “But it could also be the last, unless we learn how to avoid the risks. Alongside the benefits, AI will also bring dangers, like powerful autonomous weapons, or new ways for the few to oppress the many.”

ParticipantQ : How stupid are the monkey-men on Earth ?
A : Quite quite stupid in deed.A machine that is programmed to think very fast or very intricately is not intelligent, it is a machine, it is going through mechanical steps. And once it finds an answer … who can say whether the answer is correct ? Only a human being, because a human being sets the question, programs the means for processing the question, and at the end judges the answer to be useful. The computer “knows” nothing because it is not alive. Without the human being setting the question or checking the answer or programming it, the computer will do precisely nothing.
Capice ?
The modern world is extremely disturbed, psychologically and energetically. Human beings are quite unbalanced in any case, and their incomprehensible destruction leaves a trail both in the atmosphere of nuclear fallout, psychologically deformed ideas, and energetically as a kind of dark smoke that lives inside them.
They no longer grow straight.
The derangement of sexuality where some now call for 7 types of bathrooms depending on what manner of derangement is present in a person is just one manifestation of that.
Scientists have done some experiments with deranging spiders, and then we see what spiderwebs the spiders weave. Non-working spiders webs.
And so it shall be with humans. You reap precisely what you sow.
That all sounds very impersonal like we are all caught up in a big global problem. But it is not this way. Individuals are responsible.
After all what is it YOU do every day. What thoughts do you think ? What do you allow yourself to see in the world ?
Do you make the slightest effort at all for the good, or have you converted to the darkside because it is easier ?
You reap what you sow.

So monkey=reactive mind?
When a person is fully conscious, his analytical mind is fully in command. When the individual is “unconscious” in full or in part, the reactive mind cuts in, in full or in part. “Unconsciousness” could be caused by the shock of an accident, anesthetic used for an operation, the pain of an injury or the deliriums of illness.

ParticipantYes, most spiritual traditions think the same.
But they make several very severe errors.Firstly, if you have a box full of rubbish and your remove the rubbish what do you have ?
You have an empty box.
You do not have a box full of gold.If you want to put gold in the box you have to create it.
And indeed this is the point of the real spiritual path, to create something new.
This is why all the many traditions and millions of practitioners who are busy removing the rubbish from themselves … this is why they fail.
Because underneath they expect that they are great already, and this great being who exists already has sort of got confused and so a little clearing out is necessary.
Doesn’t work.
Because there is no great being in there.
There is precisely ZERO inside a human being, apart from the rubbish.
Clear out the rubbish and you are left with ZERO.If you want to become something real you have to make gold in the box.
That is something different. So, many human traditions through their own stupidity fail, and lead many people to their death of their spiritual possibility.
The sad truth is that human beings are so deranged fractured and unbalanced, that they don’t really understand what is wrong with them.
Nine billion of them are trying really hard but because of their severe blindness it results in Zero.
Very sad actually.
Nevertheless, there is a way out, but who will put aside their grand ideas of themselves in order to find it.
You should not have pride in what you are.
You should have pride in what you can become.November 2, 2017 at 6:47 pm #51400c_howdy

ParticipantHubbard’s Scientology is a perfect example of my point.
Originally they had maybe 7 levels of attainment, as you gradually worked through your family dramas and conditioning with their machine.
But after getting to the top …. people still were not happy.
Eventually they added more and more levels. And later when people still weren’t happy they added even more levels. You see this everywhere in spiritual / newage circles.
Why ?
Simply because what they are doing fails. And a good many people follow you and reach the top of your levels and still there are not happy.
Once you empty out all the garbage … all you are is empty. And empty is not what you want to be. You want to be gold. You want to be a soul, a soul is not empty.
A totally different technology has to be used to put gold inside.
In fact if you simply begin with putting gold inside, then you the rubbish leaves of its own accord.
99% of spiritual people are following non-working paths, and will reach non-working fates.
You are much cooler than you might think.

Making as much money as possible is very important.
…as you gradually worked through your family dramas and conditioning with their machine…
But auditing is simply not very effective to make spiritual and bodily development.
Sorry for my broken English.

The consecutive record of mental image pictures that accumulates through an individual’s life is called the time track. The time track is a very accurate record of a person’s past.
As a rough analogy, the time track could be likened to a motion-picture film—if that film were three-dimensional, had 57 perceptions and could fully react upon the observer.
The mind uses these pictures to make decisions that promote survival. The mind’s basic motivation, even though a person might fail in an undertaking or make a mistake, is always survival.
That being the case, why don’t all of the actions the mind dictates result in enhanced survival?
Why do people sometimes experience irrational fears, doubt their own abilities or entertain negative emotions which seem uncalled for by circumstances?

ParticipantWhy is making money important ?
Basically you are dead unless you are able to merge with existence and let it carry you. The more you invest in the money gaining business the more you invest in materialism.
And materialism is death.
There is no way to make this world work, because in this world every single person will die, they are dead already.
The only possibility is to merge with existence which involves awakening and surrender.
It is a big thing for a monkey to do.
Then you can be carried and co-create so possibilities for yourself.
You become what you do, if all you do is materialism then you become death.
It is an old addiciton that the human monkeys love.November 13, 2017 at 4:02 pm #51422c_howdy

Joël ValenzuelaFormer US Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan calls for a return to the gold standard as Bitcoin becomes positioned to take gold’s place as the world’s reserve store of value.
Greenspan, who was the chairman of the US central bank from 1987 to 2006, presided over a period of “easy money policy” of low interest rates to provoke economic growth. This policy drew criticism from business leaders such as Steve Forbes for weakening the dollar and pushing commodities such as gold past its 12-year moving average in 2004.
Since retirement, however, Greenspan has come out in favor of a more sound monetary policy, including a favorable view of gold as the world’s reserve currency:
“I view gold as the primary global currency. It is the only currency, along with silver, that does not require a counterparty signature.”
Last year, Greenspan had adopted a similar position on currency, urging a return to the gold standard to combat a potential future hyperinflation. At that time Bitcoin’s place was in a much less certain spot, yet still offered competition to gold.
According to Greenspan, the national debt in the US would never have reached such untenable levels if the country had adhered to the gold standard:
“We are already in danger of seeing the ratio of federal debt to GDP edging toward triple digits. We would never have reached this position of extreme indebtedness were we on the gold standard because the gold standard is a way of ensuring that fiscal policy never gets out of line.”
He notes that at the same time, the risk of inflation is beginning to rise. In the United States, the unemployment rate is below five percent, which has put upward pressure on wages and unit costs generally.“Demand is picking up, as manifested by the recent marked, broad increase in the money supply, which is stoking inflationary pressures,” Greenspan continues. “To date, wage increases have largely been absorbed by employers but if costs are moving up, prices ultimately have to follow suit. If you impose inflation on stagnation, you get stagflation.”
As the need for sound money and a solid store of value grows, Bitcoin is increasingly set to replace gold as a hedge against uncertainty.
Michael Dunworth, CEO of Blockchain-based financial transfer service Wyre, believes that Bitcoin will replace gold and US dollars as the world reserve currency over the next 20 years, due to what he believes to be a superior store of value and usability.
Vinny Lingham, the CEO of identity protection service Civic.com, believes that Bitcoin will see a price of up to $3,000 this year, leapfrogging gold. At a current value of over $1,100, very close to its all-time high of $1,155 back in 2013, that prediction may not be very far off.

ParticipantWho cares about these low lifes, they make a lot of noise and all will perish meaninglessly.
All this BS will be going on, on the last day of your life and beyond. The universe is alive and wants you to succeed.
But it’s no good having the usual materialistic monkey vision playing in your eyes.Money won’t save you.
You are dead already, you are a dead man walking.
Only “God” will save you.Time is much shorter than you might think.
You are called, do you answer ?
