I seem to be really angry, strange thing is that in the 5 Animals when I do Wood the anger does not manifest, but as soon as I do fire out pours anger angry eyes fury and so on. Strange.
My feeling is that blocked heart energy is blocking anger. So for anger to manifest naturally it needs inputs and outlets, Water Element and Fire Element.
?
Another thing is that I pour out the anger every day, and seems to be full up the next day. Am I making progress, well not sure.

Seems to me you do the animals quite well … How long your “animal” session last and how often do you do it?
5 Animals lasts about half an hour, and I do it almost every day as part of a 60-90 min routine.
Just finished this morning’s.
I was actually visualising some abandonment trauma from my childhood before each animal, and had strong emissions in Metal / Water / Fire ….a little in Wood, nothing in Earth.
Not sure it is actually anger I feel, might be more grief / fear / lack of love. I do try to put some anger in in the Wood element which sort of works.
Might repeat several sessions today.
Feels like day by day this practice is eroding the blockages in the GB / LV / ST channels on the right. However it is taking a very long time, probably several years like this to clear. Also doing EFT on this material
Also sometimes doing Fire & Water but just on right leg to clear blockage, unclear how useful this is
My suggestion is to give enough attention to map also the human emotional spectrum during one’s recapitulatory routines.
Strengtens the analytical mind.

What about Albert Fish and Gurdjieff: what were the main similarities and differences?

Ps. I think that Ouspensky was not actually Gurdjieff’s main disciple but his spiritual wife; Gurdjieff should have fucked females for procreation and P. D. O. for mutual spiritual illumination. Sorry for my broken English.

When he first met Gurdjieff at the back of some posh cafe, PDO was overcome by his exotic Eastern appearance … such people have this attraction to the exotic. Like all the yoga fans who think yoga is a kind of streching exercise.
PDO’s book is full of stupid diagrams and he taught his students for decades before he gave up got drunk and told everyone that they must begin again.

Anyway intellectualisng spirituality is one of the main passtimes of the not-very-interested people who turn up.
