I never go through old posts on here but for some reason just did and saw Brynn Orr posted a response to something I said months ago. It’s like 6 pages down if anyone is interested.
Orr is an Australian guy who teaches Taoist Alchemy. His post is from yesterday.
I baught Brynn’s book on Taoist Alchemy. If you have the extra cash I would recommend it, buy it!
It goes right to explaining the formulas and methods, no long discussion of philosophy, but clear description of how to do the methods, be aware of this or you will be dissapointed. He has somethings not found in the ht, including M. Chia and M. Winn, not that they change the goal, but unique intepretations and expalanations.
