Dear Lovers of Accelerating Our Energetic Evolution,

Hope you are enjoying the traditionally “happy-go-lucky time-to-party” Year of the Yin Earth Piglet that began Feb. 4.Of course, life is a complex play of forces, and there are dramatic changes afoot on all level of reality, from the personal to the political to the astrological-cosmic.

The important thing to realize is that change that appeared unwanted, unexpected, and un-desireable cannot be seen clearly

for some time. Later, looking back, you realize “I actually really needed that!” or “that pushed me in a new direction that turned out to be fabulous!”.

All the methods I’ve developed over the last 40 years combining Qigong/Tai Chi + inner alchemy are designed to SPEED UP OUR PROCESS OF CHANGE.
In my last two newsletters I went deep into psycho-energetic changes. Those newsletters are linked below:

1. Fusion of Five Elements 1 is Taoist Depth Psychology, forming a pear to make our soul essence more tangible, and using it to harmonizethe flow of Qi in our vital organs. We learn to recognize each organ has its own intelligence, or “spirit”, with its unique biological, psychological,

and spiritual functions. 2. Fusion levels 2 & 3 opens up our Core Thrusting Channels that vertically link our Personal and Cosmic Energy Bodies.

 

 3. Taoist Qi Model of Reality (Cosmology)

In the Taoist Qi model, the three realms –  below, above, and the human middle – are all governed by the

same patterns of Qi. Once you understand the operating system, basically comprised of three patterns of Qi,

you can manage all three levels of your reality. The three patterns of Qi are:

1) neutral state of oneness (Yuan Qi), Original Breath of this cosmos, aka Ether

 

  •  [br]

 

2) polar states (Yin-Yang Qi), Creates dynamic creative tension

  •  [br]

 

3) seasonal cycles (5 Elements/5 Phases Qi). Harmonizes flow of Qi Rhythms (Time) in Space (Yuan Qi)

4)  This “vertical” model of Spirit-Heaven Above and Matter-Earth below is reversed in internal alchemy.

Inversion of Yin-Yang forces is key to dissolving old patterns of reality and building up one’s core Neutral Force (Yuan Qi).

This is what the Taoist science of Inner Alchemy is all about.
