I am trying to figure out what is the best form of Bagua to learn. I heard that there are/is a competition form/s? I was wondring if this is the most pretty form (as I heard it was) and if therefore it would be the best to learn for healing? (I dont really care about applications…) But perhaps then it would be a very complicated form…????
There seems to be many many forms, I just want to pick the right one so I dont have to learn another one in the future and I can get all the benefits…Perhaps the Hua Ching Ni form would be satisfying? Its called cosmic tour bagua:
