I’m trying to unify the theories of Taiji, San Ti, Si Xiang, Wu Xing, and Ba Gua. Where do the Wu Xing and Ba Gua cross paths. For instance, is Qian the Metal element of the Wu Xing?
I’ve unified all these theories in my neidangong training. But its relatively useless as an intellectual theory. I believe it has to be an experienced cosmology. Hence the need for progressive training.
The wuxing – bagua relationship is covered in Fusion of Five Elements, level 2 & 3 dealing with 8 Extraordinary Channels. The course has a handout with diagram showing the evolution of these.
