Hi Plato,
I know that u have become very resistant to Master Chia, but in case u r interested he has come out with a new book on genital massage that might be of value to you.
the following is the blurb on the book:
Karsai Nei Tsang, also known as Genital Health Massage, has been developed specifically for improving the health of the genitals and the genital area. The Karsai Nei Tsang practitioner uses deep, direct pressure with small circular massage movements to break up and dissolve the sedimentation in the circulatory system, release the toxicity and remove the physical and emotional blockages in the pelvic area. It is also effective in alleviating back pain, improving the bodys alignment, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and increasing general vitality.
btw looking good on those knee switches;0)
peace and smiles
Agree on looking good in ‘knee-switching’.
Going into exercise and out of it can also be exercise.
When kneeling down go for the knee pads (bellow the knee; sticking out part of bone bellow knee). With ankle extended (poiting fingers) for ease of reaching the pads.
When standing up on one leg go only as far as kwa keeps moving (kwa leading the movement; power going the back of knee (front fully not tensing) and pushing the heel in the ground)).
Then stop, put the other leg forward and move up on other leg while shifting weight on other leg. Moving/leaning forward is for facilitating bigger kwa movement.
Go up only as your highest stance is.
The part leading should be kwa and not knee.
The last part moving should be kwa and not knee.
You do all that in ‘knee-switching’.
