BK Frantzis claims that the wu form has the most internal movement. What are the benefits and drawback of this? And is it true?

It seems to me chen style has just as much if not more.

    I do not know.

    What are your faves?

    Wu is small frame.
    Chen is (usually) large frame.

Small frame is using little external movements for lot of internal movements.
Large frame is using large external movements to develop internal movements.

I find the form taught at classicaltaichi.com to be great for teaching internal movement in tai chi. Master Hwa teaches how the dan tien itslef moves physically to generate the tai ch moves. He is incredibly clear on the difference of waist and hip movement as well as dilineating yin and yang in every move. It is a mdeium and small frame form

    great maxim
    didn’t thought of it before
learned of the yin and yang from erle montaigue on his free lectures (this on his yang form instruction)
i was refering to wu style of Kumar Frantzis teachings (his his reference to other styles) and Chen of my local teacher.
i do every form small frame. it is the way i can do movements of kwa as the leading center of frame.
