Perineum point and non ejaculation

Hi guys,

I am practising tao love for quite some time and I find it wonderful, but I have a problem and I am not sure for its cause.
I need some help from some one more experienced.

Here is the problem:
My skin in the perineum point is different (it is drier) and I thins it is some kind of illness. There are 50 cents spots of drier skin on my perineum.
I do not ejaculate and it seams to me that the problem is related to not ejaculating. May be the sperm is staying somewhere near that point and causes the problem.
From time to time I have great desire to scratch the skin on that place(perineum point). It happens mostly an nights.

Is there someone capable to help?
