All this time you had a human name.
Happy trails, Master Dog. And thanks! I will miss your inventive and entertaining spelling creations as much as the balance your energy and words provided here.
Unless you fake us out and come back.
Great Happiness, Alexander

Barry, you might try playing with the dynamic part of you that oppresses and explodes. That has a lot of good energy in it. Make it an ally.
Something I’ve said a lot on this forum is that all our aspects have ultimate good intentions. Your oppressor/exploder has a job to do and you gave it to him. Find out what it is. Help him do it. Find…[Read more]

Hiya,
I really appreciate your consideration of something new. That is the major “technique” needed here. An open mind, a willingness to see and have something far better, and some actions taken on behalf of that are our part in the process. The rest is up to the Dao. This statement carries a lot of weight and also closes a lot of minds…[Read more]

Hey there,
Now that I’ve read your last post I am certain about what you mean about witnessing and what is going on with you.
Yogic stuff in general is very one-sided. Few actually resolve the earth/sexual/psychological energies which are at the root of everything we’re doing here with standard yogic practices because they are designed to…[Read more]

You’re thinking altogether to much about it. Just leave your mind open to possibilities and also assume that you have not got all the facts about what has reaaly been going on for over a hundred yers on earth. The final piece will be to leave the space open for the lifeforce to do the unpredictable.
Peace and Love, Alexander

That sounds good. I would suggest that you not look to the past for examples of this working and not refer in your mind to things like communism with relation to what I am talking about. The Dao is presenting us with new possibilities and taking us where we haven’t gone before. And we are capable of so much more.
To inspire yourself you might…[Read more]

Dear Yi Tao, You are missing my point (almost) entirely.
“I live in the world of the now.”
What we live in is a world changing its paradigm from fear to openness. You do not live in the world of the now if you support the old way of thinking and being. You live in the past and want to keep it going that way. This is impossible. The…[Read more]

“Would you say the practice of inner Smile which cultivates the neutral force in the form of self acceptance on the heart/soul level is the same as waht is called developing witness consciousness?”
Not me. I wouldn’t say that.
But it all depends on what “witnessing” means to you. This is almost a trick question because if your definition…[Read more]

Hi J,
I think we are basically in agreement about charging up an idea to give it life. I was hoping Michael or other of us would address the future self question.
As for planets, I have found interesting stuff at http://www.space.com and at http://www.meade.com.

“You don’t get it. He volunteered.”
So now he’s un-volunteering. So what? As I asked you before- What business is this of yours? You could be glad for him and for us that he is deciding not to participate in the mindless slave game anymore. It is his choice and only his choice. And we are alright no matter what he chooses.

Yi Tao, I am coming from an entirely different level of thinking about this. One that endeavors to rise above the normal imprisoning kind of thinking which has kept creating the same kind of world at war with itself for several thousand years.
“The idea that a soldier can decide when and where to fight is a dangerous idea.”
Dangerous to…[Read more]

I think love is an intrinsic function/aspect/quality of the divine but to call “God” (which is an overly defining term to begin with) love is too restrictive. I think “God” is, and that’s it. In a sense “God” and “Dao” are the same, though this has been argued against. In the end, why are we asking? -A

Yi Tao, I knew this would not sit well with you.
Please look at the fact that you do not address what I say in your response, though no response is actually necessary or asked for. You do not have the right to tell another what to do. This is a given. “Broken” or “ended,” what’s the difference? The only true (that is, viable) answer to any…[Read more]

Apart from any details about the person in question, or any other specific situation you could pick at, few basics only apply.
People make agreements between each other. If one party no longer wants to follow the agreement s/he has the right to end it if the other party doesn’t want to make the suggested changes. This is a right, not a…[Read more]

Agreed. Causal is deeper.
But thinking is mental. Causal implies intention from the soul-spirit level. Thinking is what a human mind does in circling around an idea trying to “understand” it (which is how “science” behaves) as opposed to reaching for “knowing,” which is what my statement was intended to move towards. -

“You could also ask your future self to give you a glimpse of what Love had evolved into, and this would speed up the process of becoming that love NOW.”
