Hi faj:
The fundametal difference is, I believe humanity/creation and the creator are one, and each person has the capicity to experience their inseparable relationship to the whole; we can directly experience both the collective and individual Qi fields.
The methods of dealing with conditioning, habits and patterns vary, whether Taoist or…[Read more]

Hi SO:
You are really singing tonight.
I will not allow you all to slip and slide.
Please confirm if this is an accurate understanding of MW post.
1. Heaven and Eath have never been in harmony or integrated?
If yes this is in contradiction to every taoist teaching.2. Where in the classics does it say Heaven and Earth are…[Read more]

Hi Fajin:
Of course I missed you.
Live your life and if a woman (assuming thats your choice) enters your life you want to spend time, friendship and fun, go for it, otherwise enjoy your life dont think about it. If you meet someone special, OH you will know it, its transcendental and unlike anything else.
Please review MW theory on how…[Read more]

Hi Brian:
No need to edit them, and please continue particpating.
I think this forum offers something quite unique, a deep dialogue of people with all kinds of experience, practice and theory with taoism. We are trying to get to some of the crtical issues in the cosmology and alchemy, which I have spent a few decades playing with, as have…[Read more]

Hi SO:
I will try to be clearer.
According to MW:
Wu Ji created heaven and earth and gave them free will, they did not harmonize themselves and created “extreme polarity”, they then created humanity to find harmony and soul completion? Is this correct, I will assume yes.
Why would all the classics advise us to follow the way of “heaven…[Read more]

Hi:
It was others that set the discussion: Taoism vs Buddhism. This is something I do not support, I promote the integration of the two, where they are the same. I would like more who share this view to speak up and share their exeperiences and views.

It is not my interpretation, it is the author’s.
Following the taoist way of life decreases much of human made suffering.

Not only are there mutliple shen, I thing there are mutliple writers on this list, possibly fragmented aspects of their shen. So there may be one person writing under numerous names, its hard to disguise the writing style too much. That is why I asked the question.

Well I agree.
can you tell me why you ignore referencing Mantak Chia, you say White Cloud/M. Winn’s alchemy? Chia braught them here, why eliminate his name, he is the one to bring them here?

Hi Max:
There are so many variations of Marrow Washing. I do not think the method Chia and Dr. Yang, Ming-Jing taught were the original methods, the are modifications of centuries. I think the original ones were very gentle postures and movements, if its true Da Mo creted them, it is most likely his Yoga background that guided its…[Read more]

i know what you mean about saying that the Hun and Po are total and not partial. Let me ask you, why should we practice the microcosmic orbit, are we trying to adjust this cycle? The same goes for birth and death with Hun and Po. If you also practice the microcosmic orbit, then why not work on another cycle like birth-death?
