It appears that the DVD, CD, and a small booklet are available for $30 (seems very reasonable). I ordered one today.
If you are interested, I am copying the email from the Roaring Lion folks:
Hi Michael,
We don’t have the Qi Gong DVD available on the website without the magnets,
but I can sell it to you for $30 if you call the office. It…[Read more] -

Singing Ocean – the HGH he’s selling is not actual growth hormone. It’s a homeopathic preparation of it, which makes it quite different. There is some controversy over whether homeopathic HGH works, note that the formula he’s selling has a WHOLE LOT of stuff in it, which suggests to me that they’re taking a shotgun approach. If it does work, it…[Read more]

Yep freeform, I had the same thought about getting the DVD’s w/o the slabs. I don’t think they’re just ferrite, it would be hard to get that high of a gauss rating, even so, they are still too expensive. I’ll send a note to Peter’s organization and ask about the DVD’s.

Yes, it’s the magnets part that is grabbing my curiousity. I have a definite fascination with them. I’m working with them in my current job – making homeopathic – homeotherapeutic remedies, and I’ve used them in the past to create new musical/artistic instruments. From my experience, they are very effective amplifiers/focusers of earth energy and…[Read more]

Thanks Steven.
I’m feeling a bit clogged as the practice deepens, and I notice some ambivalence about eating – usually signs for me I need to alter my diet. I have done many fasts in the past, but not while doing energy work, so I am also curious about what fasting or very light eating, in combination with energy work focused on eating chi,…[Read more]

I’ve not heard of any stories, but I am enjoying playing with the triple orbit possibilities – right leg, left leg, breathing. I do feel more energized when I play with the orbit, but I don’t like doing it all the time.

OK, here’s a bit more info:
I tinctured the formula for 2 months and decocted under the full moon into a clear bottle. I left the bottle outside to bathe in the light of the full moon and the sunrise the next morning.
I’ve been reading some of the principles of medicine practiced by the anthroposophical folks (yep, Rudolph Steiner). Reading…[Read more]

One of my favorite quotes from Bucky Fuller (paraphrased): There is no up and down, only in and out. ie In towards the center, which in our case is Earth, or Out and away from Earth’s center. Up and down implies that there’s some infinite flat plane, which can make some sense in some situations. Bucky’s viewpoint works nicely for daoist practices…[Read more]
