Thanks Steven, that makes a lot of sense. I’m sure I’ll have many more questions as I get into it. I’ve learned it in pieces so far, and have yet to do the whole form together. Exciting times!

I have a question about a discrepancy with this movement. In the video he keeps the palms facing each other, but the handout says to turn the palms outward (which is just like in the QF4 DVD). Does it really matter?
By the way, I just started learning DHQ and am loving it so far! I can already see how this can be a very deep form depending…[Read more]

You’ll see when you listen to it. It’s pretty cool. I’d say take as much time as you want before proceeding if you want, or listen to it and add it if/when you like. I don’t do much sitting MO in my current practice, but when I do, I just let whatever happen…

I just read my post again and I meant to say you DO NOT need to do everything. Sorry for the confusion.

From my experience, your practice will evolve, and you will find the right balance of what works for you. As for continuing every practice, you necessarily need to do EVERYTHING. I don’t do a lot of the older practices every day, but focus more on the newer practices I am working on. Once you have practiced something long enough, it becomes “a…[Read more]

frechtling replied to the topic How to Detox your Pineal Gland in the forum Practice 11 years ago
There are actually conspiracy theorists that believe that the government is trying to control the people by “pineal suppression” by putting fluoride in the drinking water. I am a water engineer and believe there is a good reason why they started putting fluoride in our drinking water (not control), although I’m starting to sway in the other…[Read more]

S – I happen to know and am friends/family with a lot of these “stupid” people. People make it work, whether it is their friends and/or family (the saying “it takes a village” is very true) that are very supportive and they don’t necessarily have to blow all of their money or work all the time just to support them. They enjoy their kids as much…[Read more]

I am fortunate enough to have a wife who wants to raise our kids and to be able to support my family with my income. I agree with your analysis though…

I find it interesting that she says Chia “won’t reveal key information” when that is what his whole purpose is, to share every piece of information with as many people possible. At least that is my impression…

I believe the 8 Siddhis are similar to the 8 Extraordinary Vessels or Channels, which are opened up in Fusion of the 5 Elements 2/3. Mantak Chia now has books for Fusion 2 and 3, called “Cosmic Fusion: The Inner Alchemy of the 8 Forces” and “Fusion of the 8 Psychic Channels: Opening and Sealing the Energy Body.” I have not read either of them…[Read more]

Well Teknix, you have come to the right place. To really get involved with HT USA, you will probably want to go to some workshops and/or retreats or find a local HT instructor if available. I myself have not been to any of the workshops or retreats, but there are several weeks in the summer where they put on week long classes from the basics up…[Read more]

I would assume that this is not approved by the publisher, but I can’t do ebooks on screen anyway. I have used that site to skim over books that I either later purchased or still plan to purchase.
I have to say that you can learn a lot from the books as I have been pretty succesful myself. But the local HT Cincy Instructor (whom I have not…[Read more]

Sourcexc – I realized that I had been using the creation cycle in the 6 healing sounds, but for the most part I have not been with the inner smile. Chia does not use the creative cycle, and although I adapted my IS after learning Winn’s, I did not start doing this. After getting more into the fusion…[Read more]

I can’t speak for Kan & Li because I’m not there yet, but I can speak for learning from the books. Almost all of the practices I have learned came from Chia’s books initially. I have been able to implement them successfully for the most part (especially inner smile, 6 sounds, MO). This has been followed by Michael Winn’s homestudy courses,…[Read more]
