I guess this is a good time to say I have for the most part been lost when it comes to following Franzen’s texts. This is not a critisizm of Kieth I think he has a good heart and have no doubt people are benefitting from his presence over years, but I find a problem with his meditations the same way I find trouble…[Read more]

Since we are on the topic what do you think of drinking while doing the Bodri 3 month detox? I havent had anything to drink since starting a couple weeks ago and am guessing it’s better to avoid alcohol while doing this. Any thoughts?

I am trying to lose weight myself and have always been a bit chubby. I was down right obese as a child and had an insane appetite . I would order the largest steaks off the adult menu or single handidly eat a pie of pizza. Of course, smoking pot didn’t help always getting munchies etc etc.
