Some thoughts I had when anylizing my situation.
1. RV way
Moorehouse is a soldier who got weird by being hit on the head. Then his handicap was used. You should learn his character. Now he is military expert in nonlethal weapons doctrine.

I have noticed also:

tongue touching outside lower jaw gums.
(Thus balloning the lower lip)

It is used in sword techniques. Aikido and ninjutsu.
Intent to projecting, yang; my guess.
Do not know the instruction whether the tongue is touching upper teeth and whether is touching upper palace.

I have noticed also:

I never visualize.
When I reach a state I work from that.
Chi and shen states I reach through dreaming, upon process of awaking.
I find it difficult to reach from other side, from conscious state.
My chi kung day practice is quite physical.

I reach 30 years in the past.
And 4 years in the future. Beyond that it is pure magic.
Have the best job position. However don’t see past that time. It is academic. People say they like what I say. But generaly run away after half hour debate so I work alone.
