My guess is that you have weak blood. I reccommend you get finely ground He Shou Wu and drink as much of it as you can every day. Start at 5 grams and work up to 15-20 grams then stop and assess if any drying out occurs. This will fix your blood, and it costs $8 pound ground up fine and will stop your appetite.
