Thanks everybody for the answers.
I’m currently focusing on the face, and C7 (back of the throat). Very tight, and very needy of attention. Then the supertight solarplexus, but that comes later. Don’t know why. First face.max (actual name 🙂

What I’m discovering, is that the inner smile breaks the mechanism of self-feeding of negative emotion. That is, when we are worried, we add to worry the worry of being worried 🙂 That is, to be not able to cope with society (nobody wants to deal with a worried person). Or we might be unhappy because we are worried, or sad because we are sad.…[Read more]

How do you know they were dimensions, and not mind tricks?

Thanks Alexander, great article.
Months ago I bought a wi-fi, but after switching it on, and a whole day full immersion in the 2.4 Ghz field, I felt so SAD. I don’t know why, maybe because I knew I was disrupting something precious as body cells. Anyway, the software said I am within 3 other wifi fields, less strong. Not counting the cell…[Read more] -

Why the heart is a no no?
Holistically speaking, ‘whole’ is good, ‘part’ is bad, ain’t it? In ‘Awaken healing light of the Tao’ there’s no clear mention of avoiding the heart. Massages are also suggested to open the point.
But I know there’s another book alerting about this issue (Awaken healing energy through Tao, I guess). -

Thanks to all 🙂
I found that smiling to the lower jaw greatly improves the mood.
I’m not still being returned the smile from the organs, but I keep doing the smile 🙂 -

Now that makes sense, because I noticed the triple warmer sound, on me, has a deep impact on the matter.
Thanks! -

Thank you very much, this solves many questions… 🙂
And (sorry for extending the subject), what if the tight spot is beside the line of the orbit, say a shoulder blade. When exploring the line on the back, some spots capture attention, and it’s difficult to stay on the renmo or tumo. Should you bring your attention to them?thank you!

but,
since you say that resistance is against flow, is it advisable to concentrate on tense spots along the orbit, to unknot them? I noticed that attention automatically relaxes tight muscles.thanks a lot!

thanks for the tips, guys… (I’m not sure if ‘guys’ can be used for both sexes … is it? )
I read between the lines that a stuck qi is related to tension… along the two channels of the orbit I can recognize much of it.
Yesterday I read from the book that one should be aware of a source above the head, which added some other tension to me…[Read more] -

A bone reader? Is it related to divinatory practices?
For example, if found that tightness in the palate reacts very well to the spleen sound. I guess it’s due to its ‘earth’ component.

Great! Thanks!
I wonder: how do you know? TCM studies?
When doing the sounds, other parts of the body ‘resonate’, which are not the organ/slave couple. Should I give my attention to these spots, or concentrate on the organ?
