Why the heart is a no no?
Holistically speaking, ‘whole’ is good, ‘part’ is bad, ain’t it? In ‘Awaken healing light of the Tao’ there’s no clear mention of avoiding the heart. Massages are also suggested to open the point.
But I know there’s another book alerting about this issue (Awaken healing energy through Tao, I guess).

I found that smiling to the lower jaw greatly improves the mood.

And (sorry for extending the subject), what if the tight spot is beside the line of the orbit, say a shoulder blade. When exploring the line on the back, some spots capture attention, and it’s difficult to stay on the renmo or tumo. Should you bring your attention to them?

since you say that resistance is against flow, is it advisable to concentrate on tense spots along the orbit, to unknot them? I noticed that attention automatically relaxes tight muscles.
